On the occasion of his solo exhibition "IO, LUCA VITONE" at PAC, the artist Luca Vitone conceived a performance for 13th Italian Contemporary Day (2017) that involved "La Squadra" - a group of singers of the traditional Genoese 'Trallallero'. The performance took place in a small temple located in the English garden that connects PAC to the Modern Art Gallery (GAM). The Trallallero is a polyphonic song, for male voices only, without written scores or instruments, a musical tradition that expresses an ancient geographical identity a theme that returns in many of Luca Vitone's works.
